I am trying to pull contact information aside into a Document for everyone to more easily access when needed rather than scroll through all the GREAT posts on the page...

We as a county did very well over the last couple of weeks joining together to crush this consolidation proposal and now we have a new target, the county commissioners. I think we also need to add SACS-CASI to the target list. We need ideas of how to get back into their good graces and keep accreditation for all of our schools. Bill was right when he said this is all about perception. For them I think we have to show a county working with their school board and county commissioners to better their schools and their communities as a whole. Any ideas??
Bill S. - Perhaps we need to write SACS-CASI with positive reports of the BOE listening to stakeholders. This will counter the abundance of negative reports they have been getting
Tom W. - Agreed Bill. James and I were just having that conversation. I'll see if I can find the contact info for SACS

Per SACS-CASI website:
Accreditation is inextricably linked to institution and educational system improvement. The accreditation process asks institutions and systems to critically evaluate their vision, strategies, priorities, leadership, and programs and resources. The process of earning and maintaining accreditation provides institutions and educational systems with clear and compelling direction for implementing changes to move toward excellence.
I think we have done all of this over the last few weeks and we need to show SACS this.
